Westoe Grange Remember our Heroes

Residents at Westoe Grange are busy making poppies to be displayed outside our care home, the display will for the 100th anniversary remembrance day procession, which will pass our care home on route to the war memorial for a service commencing at approx 1055 on Sunday 11th on November.
