Castleview gets creative

Our residents in our Castleview care home based in Alnwick have started a new ‘pimp my zimmer’ project, where residents get the opportunity to personalise their walking frame to stand out from crowd.

The project hopes to let residents share their creative side and encourage use of their walking frames to prevent a potential fall.

So far they have had lots of fun choosing photos and fonts they want to use to decorate their frame and the photos of Bill and Brian’s walking frames are a wonderful start to the project.

There is an opportunity to view the Castleview facilities at their upcoming open day, where residents have already been underway further showcasing their creative side by creating signs and decorations.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the open day, contact Castleview on castleview@ascotcare.co.uk
