Westoe Grange honour Remembrance Sunday

Westoe Grange based in South Shields honoured Remembrance Sunday by remembering those who had fallen, residents and those who have served as well as those currently serving in the Armed Forces.

Residents and staff visited their local Morrisons supermarket and sat down to enjoy an afternoon tea served with all the trimmings, including freshly prepared sandwiches and cream cakes.

Community Champion, Angela Stephenson, was invited to join them - the occasion allowed residents to reminisce of old times and enjoy a treat or two!
