Best Christmas tree winner announced...
All six of our North East care homes entered our competition to see who could decorate a Christmas tree the best.
The year’s competition was fierce, with every care home, including staff and residents, putting a lot of effort into decorating their festive creation.
The competition was judged by Georgia Nesbit, who found it very difficult as all entrants were of amazing quality and certainly made us all feel in festive spirits.
The winning Christmas tree of 2019 is… drum roll please!
The Gardens, Darlington - well done to their team and residents for this wonderful tree. They will receive a fantastic activity hamper for their residents to enjoy.
The runner up is… drum roll please! Castleview in Alnwick - they will be receiving festive goods for their residents to tuck into this festive season.
