Carers week 5-11 June 2023

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring.  Head of operations Michelle Lovelace said “As ever we wanted to promote this campaign and help raise as much awareness as possible for all carers.  With over 350 carers in our company, we also wanted to mark the week by taking the opportunity to thank each and every one of the Ascot care’s, for the outstanding contribution they make to our residents in our care homes, as well as our clients in their own homes.”

The theme for Carers Week 2022 is 'Make caring visible, valued and supported'.  To help people who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.  Caring should be valued and respected by everyone in our society, and carers should have access to the information and support they need, where and when they need it.
