Eleanor's Kitchen Class at Springfield Lodge

Springfield Lodge Care Home’s resident, Ella, commenced a baking class today, which was very successful for all involved.

Ella shared her knowledge of baking to help other residents and staff make cupcakes that could be offered to all from the tea trolley. They went down a treat! We are looking forward to next week’s class where they will be making scones.
