Superstar Maud on the TV!

Our very own resident Maud from Westoe Grange care home in South Shields has made an appearance on BBC news last week.

The BBC news story covered Maud’s granddaughter Louise, who gave birth to baby Hallie in lockdown. Louise has only been able to introduce Hallie to her new great grandma, Maud, through a window due to the pandemic.

We made sure Maud was sat in the best seat in the house to see her five minutes of fame - she was over the moon to be featured.
