Tea break post exercise session
Our ladies have been working up a sweat during their morning exercise session at the Springfield Lodge care home in West Rainton. To relax and unwind, everyone had a lovely tea break after the session.
The tea break was well deserved as our residents worked hard during their exercise session - well done ladies!
