Big thank you to 'Wor Vera'
Wor Vera has saved the day at Westoe Grange care home in South Shields. Our resident John requested the film Gentleman Jim starring Errol Flynn to watch. Following his request, the lovely Deborah Taylor-Smith kindly gifted the DVD.
Deborah is also kown as Wor Vera came to the rescue and dropped the DVD off for John and his wife Rita to watch. Wor Vera used the donations from her free performances to buy the DVD for John and also brought us a bag full of craft supplies and jigsaws. Her wonderful daughter came along with her to drop off these kind donations - thank you.
