Care staff and residents have come together at the Lawns care home in Monkseaton for a good old game of bingo - a game thoroughly enjoyed by many of our residents.

We are all about our residents trying new and exciting activities to keep them entertained and happy with daily life. Our resident from the Gardens in Darlington, Kathleen, has been playing a hoop game.

It’s been a pleasure to see many of our residents have visits to the window from their loved ones during these challenging months.

We’d like to thank Stephen Carney, the son of our residents called Ann, who kindly gifted these sweet treats for the staff of the Lawns care home in Monkseaton.

There’s been sweet treats all around at St Anne’s care home in Whitley Bay, with our residents putting their chef hats on to take part in some baking.

Our care staff prioritise creating meaningful activities an essential part of our resident’s day, as well as introducing new games and activities.
