The St Anne’s Memory Walk has had to be a little bit different this year to abide with safety measures to protect both our care staff and residents.

Our residents Ian and mary Donald have enjoyed reading their regular letters from their daughter Kate. During these challenging times it’s heartwarming for our residents to keep in touch with loved ones.

It’s important for us for our residents to try out new activities and technologies to keep themselves entertained and preoccupied.

Our residents from St Anne’s care home in Whitley Bay have been making the most of the sunshine and sitting outside in the ground’s front garden area.

There’s been lots of activities taking place at Castleview care home in Alnwick. From art therapy sessions, a birthday celebration and pamper session.

Springfield Lodge care home are pleased to announce that Emily Burn’s entry into the West Rainton & Leamside Village Show took home the second prize.
