Our residents and care staff from Springfield Lodge care home in West Rainton had a virtual play session with pupils from West Rainton School. The session’s took place over two years and were co-ordinated by the Wovan Nest Company.

This Sunday will see all at Ascot Care salute the armed forces both past and present , including our own clients, who served our country and who we are proud to care for, as well our own staff members who currently serve as reservists or our their partners who serve, at 11am we will also remember the people who have died in wars.

Our residents at Castleview care home in Alnwick are taking part in the Bright Project by the NHS. The Project is arts and crafts based, that sees our residents look back to World War One and memories from this time.

Our resident from Westoe Grange care home, Brenda has a daughter-in-law called Samantha Tonge who us a author. We were so grateful to see that she gave us a shout out in her newest book.

Some of our fabulous ladies from St Anne’s care home in Whitley Bay have been getting pampered and enjoying having their nails painted.

Our care staff and residents are excited for the upcoming Fairground Games day set to take place on Wednesday 11th November from 1.45pm.
