Things have been a little different for Springfield Lodge’s Remembrance Day honours. Care staff and residents normally meet with children from West Rainton School to recognise the day, however this year they could not meet.

To honour November the 5th, our care staff hosted a Bonfire Night for our residents at the Lawns care home in Monkseaton.

We’d like to wish our resident from St Anne’s care home in Whitley Bay, Rod, a very happy 83rd birthday for last week.

Bonfire Night went down with a bang at St Anne’s care home in Whitley Bay, as our residents were gifted beautiful drawings and art creations from Rockcliffe First School children.

Our residents Jackie and Margaret got their hair styled and pampered by our Activities Coordinator at Castleview care home in Alnwick.

Our residents and care staff from Castleview care home in Alnwick came together to celebrate the spooky season with a Halloween party.
