New Systems To Improve Care
Radar Quality assurance system rolled out to all homes giving us an integrated system with further ability to improve processes and communications and ultimately our car provision.
Care docs care plan system rolled out to all homes UK’s leading care software provider for person-centred care management & care planning.
New Depensys dependency tool rolled out to all homes to ensure all services have the right staff with the right skills sets for our clients.
New specialist training providers appointed to improve training for all care teams.
New Services and Expansion
Expanded our live in and home care service provision now covering from Northumberland to York
The acquisition Princess House which has undergone significant improvement in Seaburn Sunderland.
New specialist services developed and implemented in Darlington, providing residential specialist care provision for challenging behaviour and mental health suffers.
Awards
Top 20 care provider status awarded for both Ascot care and Ascot care agency in residential care and home care.
Employer of the year award for 2022 in health care.
