Ascot Care Announce Festive Fundraiser

Ascot Care is delighted to announce the 2023 festive fundraiser which is being held on the 2nd December at Scarborough Rugby Club. It will raise vital funds for the Bradley Lowery Foundation and all money raised will go directly into building Super Brads Pad in Scarborough.

Super Brads Pad is a luxury new build holiday home, that will contain five double bedrooms with an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area, enclosed garden, hot tub and play rooms for children of all ages.

Head of operations, Michelle Lovelace, said “Scarborough Rugby club have been brilliant and we’re hoping as many people as possible can attend the match against local rivals Bridlington. Hopefully people will donate to what is a fantastic initiative, that will undoubtedly give families the opportunity to make some amazing memories during what must be the toughest time of their lives”.

Scarborough commercial director John Stevenson said “Scarborough Rugby Club is delighted to support the BLF at our local derby against Bridlington, kick off is at 2.15pm, and everyone is welcome to join us at this keenly fought game".

A huge crowd is anticipated for this local derby and a bucket collection will held on the day alongside further fundraising at the pre-lunch game.

Those attending will have the opportunity to donate on the day but for any locals who can’t or anyone in the wider Rugby community and beyond who would like to support the foundation, there’s a text donate number, so by texting RUGBYBLF to 70085 you can donate £5.
