Ascot Care Working Toward The Veteran Covenant Healthcare Alliance

Ahead of Armed Forces day on Saturday Ascot Care are pleased to announce we are working toward The Veteran Covenant Health Care Alliance.

The Veteran Covenant Healthcare Alliance (VCHA) is committed to improving Armed Forces and Veteran care whilst raising standards for all. Ascot Care will look to pilot this amazing scheme in the private healthcare sector with a view to becoming Veteran Aware accredited.

We will work closely with Veterans Covenant Healthcare Alliance (VCHA) Team Lead, Lieutenant Colonel (Retd) Guy Benson

The Covenant is a promise to be exemplars of the best care for, and support to, the armed forces community (be they Regular, Reserves, Veterans, spouses or dependants)

Speaking at the announcement Ascot’s head of operations Michelle Faragher said

“Ascot Care has a longstanding and continuing commitment to the military community and their families. We are proud to announce this on armed forces week, its part of our continuing commitment to the Armed Forces and their families. At Ascot we have staff members and staff members families that serve or have served and of course we have residents that have served, we recognise the value of supporting those who have served and currently serve our country and all those connected with the military community”
