Langley House, our residential care home in Horden, has been named one of the Top 20 Care Homes in the North East in the 2026 carehome.co.uk Awards.

Langley House has renewed its Veteran Friendly status, becoming the first non-military care home in the North East to achieve VFF re-accreditation, and reaffirming its commitment to veteran care.

Langley House is the first Care Home in the North East to achieve Veteran Friendly Care Home status under a new accreditation scheme led by NHS Veterans Covenant Healthcare Alliance, Royal Star & Garter and Royal British Legion.
