Langley House in Top 20 Care Homes in the North East 2026 Awards
We are delighted to announce that Langley House, our residential care home in Horden, has been named one of the Top 20 Care Homes in the North East in the 2026 carehome.co.uk Awards.
The award is based on independently verified reviews that are submitted by residents and their families, and recognises care homes that have consistently demonstrated the highest standards of care across the region in the last 12 months.
Joeanne Campbell, Registered Home Manager at Langley House, added: "I want to say a huge thank you to every resident and family member who took the time to leave a review. Getting support from so many happy residents and their families means more than I can say, and it is their voices that make an award like this really meaningful. I also want to recognise the staff here at Langley House. They come in every day and give everything to the people in our care. This award belongs to them."
Michelle Lovelace, Head of Operations at Ascot Care, said: "This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to everything Joeanne and her team have worked so hard to build at Langley House. Joeanne's leadership is exceptional, she truly sets the standard for how care should be delivered, and the team around her lives up to that every single day. We are incredibly proud of them all."
Langley House is one of seven care homes operated by Ascot Care across the North East of England, alongside a complex behaviours suite and a homecare agency.
