To celebrate world wide foods and their connections to the nationalities of our residents at Springfield Lodge care home, the care home has worked together with West Rainton and Leemside Dementia Friendlly Group to provide a delicious tapas of takeaway food.

Around the UK and beyond today, many people came together for the world’s biggest coffee morning to enjoy a cake and a cuppa’ in aid of Macmillan.

One of our resident’s favourite activities at St Anne’s care home in Whitley Bay is to bake! This time, residents have baked delicious jam tarts.

An activity that is proven to bring all of our residents together at Springfield Lodge care home in West Rainton is a traditional game of bingo.

Ahead of Springfield Lodge’s Hollywood style Red Carpet themed party, their residents have come together to craft a Hollywood banner.

We like to offer our residents a variety of activities to take part in to keep them entertained and happy. Our residents at St Anne’s care home in Whitley Bay have been enjoying painting, drawing and games!
